Clinical Director and cofounder of P&O Care. Jon, along with his business partner and current CEO Jim Weber, opened P&O Care in 2002 with a mission to improve the quality of patient’s lives through innovative design and fabrication of custom prosthetic and orthotic devices.
Jon is a nationally recognized as a leader in the field of upper and lower extremity prosthetic care and hemicorporectomy procedures. He pioneered the unique and innovative “body bucket” for hemicorporectomy patients, a custom fabricated prosthesis utilizes a matrix of ROHO air chambers that enable an intimate fit and unsurpassed comfort for amputees.

Luke joined the P&O Care team in 2007 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Medical Biology from Missouri State University.
Luke is an ABC Certified Orthotist and Prosthetist and specializes in advanced lower and upper extremity prosthetics, advanced lower extremity orthotics, orthotic management of traumatic injuries of the lower extremities and spine, contracture management, sport related injuries.
Luke first became interested in the orthotic and prosthetic profession in high school after he suffered a serious spine injury in a motor vehicle accident. He’s made it his mission to develop a deeper understanding of his patient’s unique needs so he can recommend innovative solutions that will help them maintain a higher quality of life.

Dan joined the P&O Care team in 2006 after completing his prosthetic residency at Precision Prosthetics and Orthotics in St. Louis.
In 2006, Dan introduced the P&O Care team to a new design called the Marlo Anatomical Socket. This transfemoral socket design allows for greater range of motion, is less visible and provides more comfort for above knee amputees with shorter residual limbs.
Dan takes a special interest in pediatric and upper-extremity prosthetics.

Allison joined the P&O Care team in 2017 after completing her prosthetic and orthotic residency at JP&O Labs in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Allison specializes in pediatric cases, and in spine and lower extremity orthotics.
Allison was injured as a child from a lawn mower accident that left her without almost half of her right foot. She now wears a custom silicone restoration prosthesis.

Dylan joined the P&O Care team in 2015.
Dylan first became interested in prosthetics and orthotics while taking an elective course at the University of Illinois. He was paired with a local nonprofit organization and working on affordable designs for upper limb prosthetic sockets. With this group, Dylan traveled to Central America and delivered quality low-cost prosthetic care and realized he wanted to pursue a career in the orthotic and prosthetic field.
Dylan has a keen interest in developing technologies in O&P, particularly in upper limb and above knee amputations. He is also passionate about professional advocacy for orthotics and prosthetics as well as international aid and outreach.
Dylan believes delivering quality care to patients should always the first priority and continually strives to improve solutions and outcomes for his patients to reach their full potential.

Evan Ross is a certified prosthetist and orthotist who joined the P&O Care team in 2021.
He graduated from Drexel University with a master’s in biomedical engineering in 2007 before earning his Certificate of Orthotics in 2010 and Certificate of Prosthetics in 2011 from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. Evan specializes in upper extremity prosthetics and orthotics, lower extremity prosthetics and orthotics, spinal care, and pediatric care.

Resident Prosthetist/Orthotist
Kenny Laufer is a resident prosthetist and orthotist who joined the P&O Care team in January of 2022.
He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2017 before achieving his Master’s of Biomedical Engineering Orthotics and Prosthetics and Certificate of Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2020. Kenny specializes in upper extremity prosthetics and orthotics, lower extremity prosthetics and orthotics, spinal care, and pediatric care.
